It should do the opposite for every smart internet marketer. Now is the time to take advantage while the competition is not activly working as hard as they had previously that means that it is a great time to take advantage of improving your site, seo rankings and i am guessing that our PPC campaigns will remain almost the same because you are more concerned with ROI and not actual rankings.
